The Willmar Softball Association is committed to providing a safe, competitive, and positive environment for young girls to learn and enjoy fastpitch softball. Our mission is to develop confident athletes through structured training, competitive play, and strong character development.

As a growing Willmar youth softball program, we focus on teaching fundamental softball skills while also emphasizing life lessons that extend far beyond the field. Through positive coaching, strong communication, leadership development, and good sportsmanship, our athletes build:

• Confidence and self-esteem

• Teamwork and team spirit

• Personal accountability and work ethic

• Leadership skills

• Individual growth through team achievement

While we compete at a high level, we believe developing strong, hardworking leaders is more important than simply winning games.

Your donation helps keep youth softball in Willmar affordable and accessible for all families. Contributions are used to:

• Purchase new softball equipment

• Update uniforms and safety gear

• Supplement tournament fees

• Reduce player costs
